Topics

  • Express wishes, necessities, obligations, plans, intentions
  • Say that we are sure of something or something is possible
  • Physical fitness, parts of the body, illnesses and cures
  • Express feelings, express pain, offer suggestions, accept or reject suggestions
  • Ask for products and for prices in a shop
  • Using the past perfect tense to talk about recent activities, apologize for recent mistakes, find excuses for not doing something recently
  • Using the past perfect tense to express what we have or have not done so far in our lives

  • Quiero + infinitive, me gustaria + infinitive, tener que + infinitive, necesitar + infinitive, hay que + infinitive, ir a + infinitive

Minimal requirements of the course

Our Spanish for Pre-Intermediate A2 course is designed for adults, therefore we do request our students to be 18 years of age or above.

In order to have the best learning experience we also ask our students to have A1 level Spanish language knowledge. In case you are not sure about the level of your language knowledge please fill in our online test here.

Course books and material used during our Spanish for beginners courses

During our course we use the ELE Actual A2 by Virgilio Borobio with audio CD included, complement it with The Spanish Line – La Primera Parada Exercise book and various other online tools that make our classes highly entertaining.

An online version of the ELE Actual A2 language book and The Spanish Line – Exercise book are included in the tuition (one book and one exercise book per student per level) and will be sent to each student via email.

Required minimum and allowed maximum number of students per course

We require a minimum number of 6 students in our group courses and to ensure high quality teaching we allow a maximum of 12 students.
